Our proposed project will serve a broad range of the community’s housing needs, with affordability between 30% and 60% of Area Median Income and a unit mix of studios up to 4 bedrooms. EPACANDO and MidPen understand that the housing crisis has had a significant impact on East Palo Alto. Rent and home prices are rising, and longtime East Palo Alto residents are being displaced. Colibri Commons provides an opportunity to produce a wide variety of housing options, amenities, and services for residents and the greater East Palo Alto community.
